By using and continuing to use the services provided on the site, you (‘User’) are considered to be bound by the following terms and to have the right, authority, and legal capacity to sign a contract according to the laws you are subject to, and to be over 18 years old, having read, understood, and agreed to these terms. This contract imposes rights and obligations related to the subject site on the parties and when the parties accept this contract, they declare that they will fulfill the mentioned rights and obligations in full, correct, timely, and in accordance with the terms requested in this contract.

  1. RESPONSIBILITIES MY PLANET reserves the right to change prices and services provided on the Service Offers within the Site at any time. MY PLANET accepts and undertakes that the member will benefit from the services subject to the contract, except for technical failures. The USER agrees in advance that they will not perform reverse engineering on the site or take any other action to find or obtain the source code of them, otherwise, they will be responsible for the damages that may arise before 3rd parties, and that legal and penal action will be taken against them. MY PLANET agrees that in its activities within the site, it will not produce or share content that is contrary to general morality and manners, unlawful, infringing the rights of third parties, misleading, offensive, obscene, pornographic, violating personality rights, infringing intellectual property rights, encouraging illegal activities. Otherwise, it is entirely responsible for the damages that will arise, and in this case, ‘Site’ officials reserve the right to suspend or terminate such accounts and initiate legal action. Therefore, it reserves the right to share information requests about activities or user accounts from judicial authorities. The relationships of the site members with each other or with third parties are their own responsibility.
  2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 2.1. The User agrees and declares that they consent to the communication, portfolio status, and demographic information of the company owning the Site to be shared with its affiliates or group companies to which it is affiliated, limited to being used within the scope of marketing activities such as promotion, advertisement, campaign, promotion, announcement, etc. This personal information may be used to determine customer profiles within the company, to offer promotions and campaigns suitable for the customer profile, and to conduct statistical studies. 3.3. Confidential Information may only be disclosed to official authorities if such information is duly requested by official authorities and in cases where disclosure to official authorities is mandatory under the provisions of the applicable mandatory legislation.
  4. NO WARRANTY THIS CONTRACT CLAUSE WILL BE VALID TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY MY PLANET ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED.
  5. REGISTRATION AND SECURITY The User is required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Otherwise, this Agreement will be considered breached, and the User's account may be closed without notice. The User is responsible for the security of their password and account on the site and third-party sites. MY PLANET cannot be held responsible for data losses, security breaches, or damages to hardware and devices.
  6. FORCE MAJEURE If the obligations arising from the contract cannot be fulfilled by the parties due to reasons beyond their control such as natural disasters, fires, explosions, civil wars, wars, uprisings, public movements, mobilization announcements, strikes, lockouts, and epidemics, infrastructure and internet failures, power outages (collectively referred to as "Force Majeure" below), the parties are not responsible for this. During this period, the rights and obligations of the Parties arising from this Contract are suspended.
  7. INTEGRITY AND APPLICABILITY OF THE CONTRACT If one of the terms of this contract becomes partially or completely invalid, the remaining parts of the contract remain valid.
  8. CHANGES TO THE CONTRACT MY PLANET may change the services offered on the site and the terms of this contract in whole or in part at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are published on the site. It is the User's responsibility to follow the changes. By continuing to benefit from the services offered, the User is considered to have accepted these changes.
  9. NOTIFICATION All notifications to be sent to the parties related to this Contract will be made through the known email address of MY PLANET and the email address specified by the User in the membership form. The User agrees that the address specified while becoming a member is a valid notification address, and if it changes, they will notify the other party in writing within 5 days; otherwise, notifications made to this address will be considered valid.
  10. EVIDENCE AGREEMENT In any disputes that may arise between the Parties regarding transactions related to this contract, the Parties' books, records, and documents, as well as computer records and fax records, will be accepted as evidence in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100, and the User agrees not to object to these records.
  11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION In the resolution of any disputes arising from the application or interpretation of this Contract, the Ankara Courthouse Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
